guitar hero for wii and wii hack 4.3u any help?
ok i’m still workin with the wii hack 4.3u and i think ik how to do it might need a lil help but i’ll ask that on here some other time but for now i need to ask this: i put all my downloaded songs to my sd card then i saw that i could hack my wii 4.3 so i did all the stuff blah blah blah been workin on it for a while and i decided i’ll work on it in the morning (worked on it from literaly 7 to 12 pm) so i pop in guitar hero 5 to play scream by avenged sevenfold and all the other songs i downloaded with my wii points that i had for a year lol and none of my songs came up so if i have the hackmii and everything on my sd card is that what made my songs go? and also can i get them back without using wii points?
i bought the wii points card and have the cd and went online and got them with the wii points then i wanted to hack my wii after i updated to 4.3 and i tried and i’m still working on it but i gave up for a while to play guitar hero 5 but my songs were gone
i don’t know what happened to your songs but nintendo keeps a record of all the stuff you buy of of the wii shop channel fro a year so they might have that record of you buying the songs too, and on the wii shop channel you can redownload all of the channels that you buy so it might be the same way with GH, so if i where u i would check to se if i could redownload them, if not then idk what else you can do
How soon are we to getting HomeBrew Channel for Wii 4.3 WithOUT using a game?
I went through the process of doing the Twilight Hacks and discovered that I couldn’t because my wii is updated to wii version 4.3u. Thus rendering me dumbfounded and clueless all at once. SO! if anyone has any idea of when they will come up with way to download homebrew for version 4.3u, please tell me. Because I’m not rich and can’t afford Buying the game to do the hack.
You should never have updated your wii. I Honestly don’t know what to tell you. If you can’t wait for somebody to hack it and post how to do it online then you should sell your wii and buy a used one in the hopes that it is not updated or look on craigslist for a used wii that has already been modded.Good luck.

the wii forced me to update it i couldnt even play the game in my cd drive or go on homebrew…..

Currently there is no way to hack 4.3 without Smash Stack or Indiana PWNS. You’ll just have to wait it out until they find more exploits.
How do you install Homebrew Channel 1.0.8 on Wii?
I recently accidentally updated my Wii to menu version 4.3 and erased the Homebrew Channel. I originally installed the Homebrew Channel using the Twilight Hack. Now I’m reading that the HBC needs to be installed using BootMii, and requires a save file of either “Smash Bros. Brawl” or “Lego Indiana Jones.” Is it in any way possible to install the latest Homebrew Channel WITHOUT using either of these games? Whether there is or not, can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to install HBC version 1.0.8 on my Wii menu 4.3?
to my knowledge, no. “N” has been trying to kill the hbc for awhile now and it keeps coming back. there may be an installer later but right now, i don’t think so. i suggest you rent or barrow the game.
How to Install Homebrew Channel on a Wii Version No. 4.3?
I’m trying to find out how to install the Homebrew channel on my wii. Yes, I have never had the homebrew channel on there before, and I have never hacked it at all, unless if using powersaves is considered a hack. I am also aware that installing the wii will void the warranty, (as it probably has already expired anyways)
1. I’m looking all over the place at methods of installing it using the SmashStack method, and I am hearing all different things. Can someone give me complete instructions of where to get all the necessary files for using the exploit, and how to install that, step by step with what I should see and do. (I do not want to install the DVD reader feature or whatever it is as I hear that it will ruin your wii after running it for a while, and besides, I can always use by DVD player made just for that; Unless if it is required, then can you please explain why it is needed)
2. What is the worse case scenario that if something goes wrong when installing of what can happen to my wii. Will an error in the installation process cause it to become bricked, and if something like that was to happen before priloader was installed, could it be recoverable?
3. Once I successfully get it on there, is there anything that I shouldn’t do on my wii? I know that you shouldn’t update it ever, but can you use WiFi connection if your not cheating using the Homebrew channel without having to worry about getting kicked off? If I was to use the Homebrew channel to cheat in Mario Kart Wii online, do I have to worry about getting kicked off?
4. I know that priloader is a program that can be used in the event that your wii becomes bricked weather it is by accident or malicious channel. But is there ever a case where preloaded can’t help you if your wii becomes bricked or semi-bricked, and how do you know if your wii if bricked?
5. Is there any apps that I should avoid?
6. Will there ever be a time that I will have to update the firmware for my wii, and if so, what would that do to my wii?
I’m sorry for all the questions, but I don’t know much about the Homebrew Channel and all of it’s extras. Thank you in advance.
